Syrup

-2 c sugar
1 c water
1 tsp maple extract
1/2 tsp vanilla

Bring water and sugar to a boil, stirring constantly until it starts to thicken. Add extracts as it is cooling. Store in the fridge.

Shoes

Buy them towards the end of the day when your feet have already swollen. This insures a good fit.

Savings account

No matter how much debt you are in you need one of these for emergencies.

Look around for the best rate. There are some companies that are offering saving accounts that work like CD's. Wa-Mu is one of them.

Shop at home first

Look to see if you have what you want stashed somewhere. If not can you use something else. If none of that works shop but do so wisely.
