when they have those pay ride on toys throughout the mall when you are trying to quickly run some errands and don't have time to deal with a screaming child because you don't have time to give him a ride

I also hate that malls don't have clean bathrooms and you have potty training children!

...the lotion ladies who ALWAYS think that you need to try their "new revolutionary product" every time you are there.

I can't stand the throngs of loitering teenagers. They are everywhere using foul language and dressed like slobs. I hate the questions my kids ask when they see them. And it's everywhere, even the so called "upscale" new malls around here. Okay off my soapbox now, sorry.

I have two peeves about the mall...
the crowds-the older I get the more it bothers me
the kiosks-the ones with people who are in your face trying to get you to buy their products. most aren't bad, but we have one that practically corrals you and starts applying this stuff to your nails. its good stuff but just their pushy tactics steers me away from buying it!!

The vendors booths lined in the middle of the mall that you have to walk by and ignore to get from store to store. You can choose to go in a store or not but when they are out in the middle you have to walk by them all saying "no thank you, no thank you, no thank you" just to get from store to store.

I sometimes feel it's almost like a telemarketer.

I'm with all of you...the rides, the filthy bathrooms, the kiosk people that just know you have a minute to try their product. One time I told a 'lotion man' no. He followed me over to the elevator. Keep in mind, I had the kids with me, 2 of them still in a stroller. He once again told me to try his lotion. I told him I didn't know where he came from but where I came from NO meant NO. Since I was pretty much yelling at him, and lots of people were staring, he finally relented & left me alone. And the groups of kids that are loud and obnoxious. Don't kids work anymore?
