Being a stay at home mom made me somewhat of a shut in. I have trouble making friends but when I found Mommysavers, I felt like I was at home. I could "talk" to fellow moms and share the things going on in my life whether they were good, like my wonderful little nephew being born, or bad like my dh losing his job. My friends on Mommysavers have helped me through some of the darkest days of my life. Many of you PM'd me daily when I lost my sister to cancer. You have calmed me down, hyped me up, and just plain entertained me. Where would I be without Mommysavers? Lonely and bored. I know I always have someone to "listen" to me when I need a friend.

Mommysavers has also helped me save some money over the years I have been here. The best money saver? Watering down regular liquid handsoap to make foaming soap. I use this weekly for the Dawn direct foam. I love the foam but hate the cost. This is one tip even my oldest daughter has spread. When she went off to college last fall, she showed her roommate and now they use the watered down version and so does her roommates mom!
