Do you all take vitamins? If so, what do you take? My multi-vitamin just ran out, and I'm wanting to take something that doesn't have a whole bunch of extra ingredients. Also, do you give vitamins to your kids, and if so what do you give them?

Thanks!

I get the One a Day big bottle from Costco! I have taken them for the last 3 1/2 years! I bought some for my kids to take them too, no matter if I leave them out or remind them to take theirs they never do. I leave a stash at work too just in case I forget to grab it in the morning.

I take a multi vitamin and two extra Calcium vitamins every day. I have actually noticed that since I have been taking them more regularly my nails are a lot stronger and healthier looking (I'm psyched because I have been a nail-biter for years and have tried so hard to get them to look good again!)

Go to a health food store if you have one in your area. I have all natural vitamins for myself, and some great ones for the kids. I dont see the point in taking vitamins if they're loaded with unnecessary ingredients and dyes.

I take Melaleuca's vitamins and so do my kids. I went to get the kids Flintstone vitamins once a few years ago, and they have NUTRASWEET in them! I couldn't believe it. Make sure that the vitamins you give your kids don't have things you would want to give to them!

I buy our vitamins at the health food store. My husband and I take "More Than A Multiple" and have for the last 10 years. It has everything you need without added junk. My one daughter takes Greens Today superfood for children and my other takes Emer'gen-C multivitamin and my son takes Doctors Choice for Male Teens. It took years to get them in the habit of taking them but now they do. Every one is different (likes and dislikes) and that is why we take different vitamins. For the last 2 fall/winters none of use even had a cold.

I take Peter Gillham's liquid organic life vitamins. I mix it into my juice so it doesn't taste so bad.

I really like Trader Joe's vitamins. My nails seem much stronger than with other brands that I have taken. They also do not cause the stomach upset that other brands have caused.

I have never taken vitamins (only when I was pregnant) and I'm fine.
I believe vitamin pills can do more harm than good and I rather try to eat healthy.
