we just recently got a printer and was wondering if anyone knows if Giant Eagle, and Walmart accept internet coupons? also will they take coupons that are in black white or do they need to be in color?

I believe it depends on the store. It is posted right on Walmarts website that they DO accept IPs, but alot of people find when they get there, that individual store doesn't. I would call ahead and make sure before hand.

Oh and it doesn't matter if they are in color or black and white, should say it right on the 'pon. AS long as the bar code is visible and legible, should be fine.

Be careful not to to crease the barcodes. Sometimes it makes them hard to scan and the cashiers get huffy about having to key the numbers in by hand. Learned the hard way...

I had a lady at Walmart decline my coupon and tell me that they don't take them. I asked her when the policy had changed and she said that they have never taken them.
So I called corporate and spoke with someone who said that, Yes, they do take printed coupons as long as it says "manufactures coupon" and has a bar code.

I honestly think that some cashiers just get lazy. Printed coupons can be a pain because the bar codes (the small one and the larger one) are so close together and they only need to ring up one of them. So they either have to use their scanner gun or key in the code.
