I had a lady at Walmart decline my coupon and tell me that they don't take them. I asked her when the policy had changed and she said that they have never taken them.
So I called corporate and spoke with someone who said that, Yes, they do take printed coupons as long as it says "manufactures coupon" and has a bar code.
I honestly think that some cashiers just get lazy. Printed coupons can be a pain because the bar codes (the small one and the larger one) are so close together and they only need to ring up one of them. So they either have to use their scanner gun or key in the code.
