i shop at my shop-rite on friday mornings. i find they mark down the close to expired meats and chicken that day and if i purchase any i either cook it that day or freeze it. my store does triple coupons, up to 50cents. and thing over is at regular value. they do not take interent coupons though. i purchase shop-rite sandwich bags, plastic wrap, tin foil. garbage bags,tp, napkins, paper towel, alot of stuff. i like their rolls and bread too. the only thing i don't like are their potatoe chips, too greasy. i find i my area, shop-rite has the best prices

To get the most out of the sales, be sure to shop during the 4 day price break. they have extra sales on certain items.

Alot of times they offer money off coupons if you buy certain items. Use these to your advantage by breaking up your order. If you get a $3 off coupon for buying a certain item, buy that item first, get the coupon, then pay for the other stuff and use the money off coupon.
