What is your best tip for shopping a whole sale club like BJs for grocery savings??

For me, like everywhere I shop, I keep my price book (and calculator) handy to calculate prize per oz to see if prices for the things I buy are really a good deal for me or not. BJ's sends out their coupon booklet every month, so I always look thru that to see if items I buy are included. You can sign up for email alerts for instant coupons and other savings, product info at their website.

One of the best things about shopping at BJs, is the fact they take coupons, and you can combine your coupons with the store coupons for extra savings. If several items are wrapped together, you can use that many ManQs on that one item as well.
