Do you buy box cereal or bagged cereal? I have found it easier to get coupons for boxed cereal but it is a little more expensive. If you price compare with the coupon you can save a little. How do you buy your cereal?

We do both.

We usually have healthy cereals (like Raisin Bran) that I buy in a box, either on sale or with a coupon. Occasionally, I will buy us a junk food treat and will get a bagged cereal called Marshmallow Mateys. It's just a Lucky Charms knock-off that we loooooove...pure sugar!

I buy boxed because when I use coupons with a sale I can usually get it for less than a dollar or sometimes even free

I've never seen cereal in a bag. You mean it comes without the box? Is the writing on the outside of the bag?

I've never bought bagged cereal...just not interested I guess! LOL! My kids are pretty particular about their foods, so it's not worth it to me to save a few cents on ones that are 'almost the same'.

I've never seen one too... I would really buy them. I feel guilty for all the trash we are throwing. If we do not recycle them, they all end up in the landfills.

I've seen the bags but have never tried them. We buy boxed cereal.

I buy Raisin Bran, Fiber One cereal, Crispex, and Grape Nuts cereal in a box.

I buy Frosted Mini Wheats in the bag

I usually buy boxes of Aldi brand cereal. If we run out between Aldi runs (we are big cereal eaters) I will pick up either boxes or bags at WalMart or HyVee. It depends what is the cheapest at the time.
