Today for $19.04 total I picked up at Giant Eagle with coupons of course:

4 boxes of Frosted Mini Wheats (strawberry and blueberry)
Skippy Peanut butter (small jar)
Dial Liq soap
Emerald Almonds
Emerald Cashews
2 bottles of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce
2 boxes of Popsecret Micro popcorn
2 bottles of Wishbone salad dressing
2 canisters of kool aid (yep I am that mom)
2 larger tubs of Country Crock
1 smaller jar of Ragu

The cereal alone is normally $3.65 a box and the almonds cashews $6.38 each
