I usually get non food items at Target. But for food groceries I'm in limbo right now. I was going to Superfresh (triple coupons, store coupons, good sales=free items) Then they closed it. So now I have the choice of Shoprite, Giant Foods, or Safeway. I think I'll be going with Giant they double up to $.99 and I seem to always spend less. Though shoprite has good sales but I end up spending more.

Harris Teeter - They have pretty good sales, they have super double coupons (up to $1.99) periodically, they have triple coupons (up to $1) periodically, and they often have a "Buy 2 Get 3 Free" sale. I enjoy their selection as well.

If money were no object, I would buy all of our groceries at either Whole Foods or Trader Joes since I prefer to buy organic/all natural for my family and they have the best selections. Then again, when I shop at Whole Foods currently, I tend to spend a little more, but I buy fewer impulse items. Considering the reality of being on a budget, I prefer Shop Rite & I have my choice of 2 within a 15 minute drive.

Luckily, I don't have to shop at only one store. Within a 15-20 minute drive we have a ton of grocery stores: Giant(3), Acme (2), ShopRite(4), Super Fresh, Stop & Shop, McCafferty's, Wegmans, Whole Foods, Aldi, BJs, Sams, and Pathmark. In addition to those there is the dairy and a few produce places. Plus, we are getting a Trader Joes this fall.
