I highly recommend listing the most commonly purchased items in your book. Then note where you purchased the item, the date and of course the price. I started a price book in January and made a page for each store and then listed the items with the price. This was not the most efficient way for me so I redid my book in March and made a page of each item instead. Much better. Good luck! If you come up with another way of doing it let us know, I'd love to her your feedback.
