I am new to this forum. Despite my name I am not a bot, I am a real person. I am not a mommy though. I have a mommy however, and will 1 day be married to a mommy so this forum shall be valuable.

This past week I have joined both Costco and BJ's. I can't consider Sam's Club, as their is no 1 near Subway transportation. I am in New York City. I walked around each store w/ my pen and pad and made notes on product names, ounces, prices, etc. BJ's prices are cheaper, but Costco still had some items I can't get at BJ's. I just have a question to those of you who have experience with these stores. I lknow that as the seasons change, certain items come in-and-out of stock, but for the items that are available all year round, toothpaste, apples, potatoes, cheese, energy bars, etc. do the prices remain relatively the same or do they change as the seasons change (for ex. are apples cheaper during apple season?)

BJs DOES have sales, but I havn't shopped there enough or recently to tell you how they work. They DO have coupons that help lower the prices of certain items, they are usually snack foods, and Beauty stuff, but they are valuble. BJs will also take any coupon, and you can can use muliple coupns on the multipacks of items.

I dont know about BJ's/Costco but Sam's items stay pretty much the same as far as staples go. Produce will flexuate with the seasons. I would think BJ's and Costco would be about the same.
