my list seems awful large next time I won't make the font so big.

Anyways, here are a few recipes that can be used from some of the sale items.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
BBQ MEATBALLS ~ Steph's Country Kitchen Goodness

I've been making this recipe for years and it's a family favorite. You can also put these meatballs over the pasta that's on sale.

1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup crushed crackers
1 bottle (18 ounces) barbecue sauce, divided
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash of chili powder
Dash of garlic powder
1 small onion, diced
2 tbsp. butter
.
1. In a large bowl, combine beef, crackers, 2 tbsp. barbecue sauce, egg and seasonings.
2. Melt butter in skillet; saute onion until tender. Add onion to beef mixture and mix well.
3. Shape beef mixture into 1-1/2-inch meatballs and place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes or until browned.
5. Pour remaining sauce in crock pot. Add meatballs and stir gently to cover in sauce. Cover and cook on high-heat for 2 hours or on low-heat for 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Yield: 6 servings.
.
*Useful Tip: These meatballs make excellent meatball subs, too! To make regular meatballs, simply omit the BBQ sauce.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

here's another one from Steph's Country Kitchen Goodness (I love her site)

BBQ JOES
2 pounds ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper

1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted

1 cup barbecue sauce

1/3 cup packed brown sugar

1-1/2 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce

3/4 tbsp. dry mustard

1/4 tsp. chili powder

1/4 tsp. garlic salt

10-15 hamburger buns

.

1. In a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat, brown beef and onion. Add green pepper. Cook and stir 5 minutes; drain. Add the next 7 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve on buns. Yield: 10-15 servings.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

You can also make hamburgers on the grill along with the corn on the cob. Put some bbq sauce in the baked beans and serve salad on side. YUMM!

This is awesome!! Thanks for all your hard work.

I am not sure of the original price, but found Athenos Hummus for $1/small tub. I remember there was a coupon for this long time ago.
