Recipe of the Week: from Stop & Shop Supermarkets - Home Delivery, Great Ideas, and More

Buffalo Style Hamburgers:
1lb lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 TBSP Cayenne pepper hot suace,Divided
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
2 TBSP lowfat blue Cheese salad dressing
4 hambuger buns split

Gently mix ground beef with onion 1tbsp hot sauce, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Shape into 4 4-ounce patties. Preheat grill or broiler for direct heat cooking. Place hamburgers on oiled grill rack, set 4 inches from medium heat. Brill, using direct grill method, turning once, until cooked through, about 12-15 minutes, to an internal temp of 160F.
Meanwhile, stire hot suace into blue cheese dressing. Toast buns cut side down, over indirect heat 1-2 minutes. Spread cut side of each bun with 1 tbsp hot sauce dressing. Serve Hamburgets in buns.

I have to tell you about the GREAT BREAD deal I found today at Stop and Shop!

They sell bread in a multipack of 3 loaves. Singlely, today they were 2/$3 on sale. But if you buy it in the mulitpack, its $3.72 for 3 loaves! and thats regular price.
