This week deals sort of have a sumer flair to them and the following ideas & recipes are and include the products featured: Mixed fruit, Mini Sweet Peppers, Go-Gurt Yogurt, Soymilk, Lipton Iced Tea, Italian Dressing & Shrimp.

RECIPES:

Shrimp Kabobs

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Italian salad dressing, divided
2 pounds jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined (They already come that way)
2 large onions
16 large fresh mushrooms
2 large green peppers, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces (You can use any color.)
16 cherry tomatoes

DIRECTIONS
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine 1/2 cup salad dressing and shrimp. Cut each onion into eight wedges. In another large resealable plastic bag, combine the vegetables and remaining dressing. Seal bags and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Drain and discard marinade. On eight metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread the shrimp and vegetables. Grill kabobs, covered, over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink.

Stir Fry Shrimp

Ingredients:
Jumbo shrimps, 1 lbs
Large Onion: 1
Mushrooms, 12 oz
Broccoli, 1 head
Green Bell Peppers, 3 (Any kind or color)
snow peas, 1/4 lbs
Olive oil
Salt, Pepper, soy sauce

Wash the shrimps, and remove the shell, and devein. Chop the broccoli leaves, and discard the large stem. Chop the peppers, mushrooms, and onion. In a large pan, or wok, pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and add shrimp. Sautee shrimp for 2 minutes, then add broccoli, and mix weell. Add green peppers, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper, to your liking.
Now, add soy sauce, little at a time, while mixing regularly. Add mushroom and onions, and mix for 2 minutes. You can continue the stir frying process until the vegetables are softer. If you like your vegetables crisp, and raw, don't stir-fry too long. The shrimp will cook fast, and since we sauteed it first, most shrimp pieces will end up in the bottom, and closer to fire.
You can serve this dish with sticky white rice.

IDEAS:

-Mixed Fruit can be cut up and served with the Go-Gurt for breakfast, maybe a glass of Soymilk to really keep it healthy.

-The Mini Sweet Peppers can be used in stir frys or grilled as kabobs.

-The Jumbo shrimp can be used as stir fry or kabobs and they can be marinated in the Italian dresing.

-For something cool to sip on while you are grilling the shrimp kabobs make a pitcher of the Lipton tea.
