Orange Roughy is also on sale this week....Orange roughy is probably my absolute favorite....it's a REALLY REALLY light fish.....so if you like a NON fishy fish......I highly recommend you try it

Easy Baked Orange Roughy

2 lbs orange roughy fillets
1 1/2 tsp season salt
pepper
paprika
5 Tbs margarine, melted

Put fish in a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle w/season salt, pepper, and paprika.
Drizzle with melted butter.
Cover and bake at 400 15-20 min,til fish flakes easily.

Great w/baked potatoes, rice or even just a salad and a good crusty bread.

Klondyke bars are on 4/$10. Its kinda funny. I received my flyer yesterday (a day late) and right before the mail came my dad and I were talking about needing to stock up on them again. For some reason, I'm really craving a Klondyke-the caramel pretzle. YUMMMM! This baby better not make me gain another 70 pounds like DD did!!

What would YOU do for a Klondyke bar?

I HIGHLY reccommend them. If you wanted, you could go and buy some today to see if you like them or not. Then if you do stock up later in the week. Then again, if you don't want the temptation just wait until the end of the week.

As for me, I will be going today and then again on Monday and probably again on Wed. I'm making my parents buy some so I can eat them at their house too. Cravings+sale=happy girl!
