My Inlaws ussually purchase eggs from a Poultry farm here in town. They get a dozen for under $1.

I still just buy mine at the grocery store. So far the prices aren't rediculous. And with my family I buy the 2 dozen box. LOL

Where do you get yours?

Trader Joe's (organic) right now, but I'm looking for somewhere locally that sells organic, or antibiotic-free, vegetarian fed, eggs.

ETA: A dozen organic eggs were $3.69 at TJ's the other day IIRC.

We don't.

We rarely eat or use eggs. When I need some, my girlfriend gives them to me. She raises chickens.

i buy the Eggland's using a coupon at Fiesta, and it makes them cheaper than any store brand in the area.

I buy organic eggs at the Grocery store - DD eats 1 everyday, so I prefer this. Before DD was born, we used to buy a dozen eggs once in 2-3 months, or when I was baking a lot.

We bought 5 dozen large eggs at Costco for $6.99. That's the cheapest around here unless you find a "loss leader" at one of the grocers.

I get my eggs at the store. I cant think of off the top of my head what I am paying for eggs. I know that they have gone up in price though.

MIL keeps our fridge full of eggs. They have about 8 or 9 chickens that are basically pets. Free eggs are awesome.
