This is what a $6 family meal from Aldi looks like. Salmon over vermicelli and rice, with steamed broccoli. It was all ready in less than 30 minutes. The salmon was on sale for $3.99/bag, and came with 4 generous portions. The rice was $.69/box, and my only complaint was that the sodium content was a little high. Broccoli was $.99/bag, and I steamed it for a few minutes and drizzled with a little butter and a splash of lemon. Yum!

That looks so good!! How did you cook the salmon? I like salmon but have never cooked it before. I also wish we had an Aldi's in my area!
