Do you think its cheaper weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly? I feel like if I stock up then it is cheaper, but now I am wondering if I just bought food weekly if that would be cheaper. But then I think if we don't have a lot of meals to choose from then maybe we won't be tempted to go out to eat. What do you think?

I shop weekly but i dont shop for the week. I shop for whats on sale based on the dinner calender for the next 4 weeks.

I am not at the dinner calendar point, but I am working on it.

Biweekly works the best for me. I can plan ahead for the two weeks and get what I need to make dinner those days and still get in on some really good deals. I would imagine if I only went monthly, that I might not get as great deals and I would going more often throughout the month.
