I practically got a standing ovation at the store today for how much I saved in coupons!!!The 2 people behind me actually stood in line just to wait and see how much I saved.(they got to talking about my coupons to the people in the line across from me also.....it got kinda funny actually)

Not to mention 2 compliments from people who saw me digging for them while shopping from my coupons pack.

It was nice to be acknowledged instead of treated like a speed-bump for once

This aspect might be a small ray of sunshine in midst of a gloomy economy

Waaay to go

I embrassed my granddaughters last week, with my coupons. I had 1 for glade scented candles that I wasn't going to use (I already had used 3) and a lady asked me about the candles. I gave her my coupon for $1 off.

Then we went to get yougurt and I had 6 coupons used 5 and gave the last one to a lady who was also buying fiber one yougurt.

My granddaughters told dh that I was passing out coupons like a "bag lady"

I agree......coupons for me are like monopoly money you can actually use!!!

I found a whole handful of coupons to use that people tossed down the other day while killing time waiting for my prescript to be filled.

Do you print them off the internet or do you just get them from the paper?

newspapers,ebay,magazines,I also always seem to find at least a few laying on the shelves of my store(love that......plus dd always looks for those ones_she loves finding them it's like a treasure hunt)

I get things through the mail also.....like "Very Best Kids " n such that always send ya coupons too.
