We are using up chicken from last night and having~
Chicken Casserole,
Peas and Carrots,frozen and steamed,
Not sure what else?

I am going to try a new Baked Ziti recipe that is layered with provolone cheese and sour cream. A friend told me it is so good! I'll post it if it does turn out good. And some homemade bread.

I think we're going to have a breakfast casserol for dinner. I was going to make it over the weekend, but DH doesnt like to wait for his breakfast in the mornings!
