PB icing is a DH favorite. Other than that I use it to make no-bake cookies.

Eat it will a spoon!

I like to spread it on celery!

I put it between ritz crackers and then dip the crackers into melted white chocolate bark.

My favorite recipe is: 1 cup sugar, 1 cup pb and 1 egg. Mix together and drop by teaspoon full on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 10 - 12 minutes.

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. whole milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 box confectioners' sugar
1 (9") graham cracker pie crust
1 sm. carton Cool Whip

Mix milk and room temperature cream cheese until well blended. Add pudding to milk mixture; blend well and set aside.
Mix peanut butter and confectioners' sugar. Mixture will be crumbly. (Soften peanut butter in microwave about 1/2 minute will be easier to mix.)

Spread 1/2 peanut butter mixture over pie crust. Set aside 2 tablespoons peanut butter mixture. Add remaining peanut butter mixture to pudding, blend slightly. Pour into pie crust; top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle peanut butter mixture (2 tablespoons) over Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Oriental chicken salad with peanut butter dressing. It is so yummy!

Here is one version ...

Chinese Chicken Salad with Red Chile Peanut Dressing Recipe : Bobby Flay : Food Network

However, I do my chicken salad much simpler. I put cucumber spear on the plate them layer shredded lettuce (iceberg is fine) and cooked rice noodles over it and top with diced chicken. Put on the peanut butter dressing and sprinkle with cilantro and chopped green onions.
