Ok--so I have a ton of holidays guests coming to stay with us and I need meal ideas that I can cook for a crowd. This is what I have so far, I still need 4 days of meals.

-Stuffed Shells
-Turkey and the trimmings (bought one cheap at thanksgiving and froze it
-Pasta fagioli
-Crown Roast of Pork with apple dressing (this is the big Christmas meal)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am about to pull my hair out

Chicken Enchaladas
Tacos

How about some crock cooking?
Chilli
Roast and potatoes
Sloppy Joes

Getting some lunch meat, rolls, and a veggie tray is also a good lunch idea.

You could make some of the yummy breakfast casserols in the breakfast section as a dinner.

--forgot about the crock pot

I will definately make either sloppy joes or chili great call

One of our local super markets has lunch meat 50% off through Sunday so i am definately going to go and stock up for lunch sandwhiches. Thanks I always forget a bout what to serve for lunch. I will also look under the breakfast section.

i noticed when i was at walmart yesterday in the lunch meat section they had a huge packet of 3 different lunch meats and it said makes 16 sub sandwiches. so maybe some lunch meat get some hoagie type rolls lettuce ect with some chips.

also what about soup and grilled cheese night or something as well.

I agree w/the sub idea!!!Just add some chips n dip and voila.

Be sure to keep a few days lights.....noone wants heavy meals for a week straight......plus you need a break in there too

You could do a taco bar kinda thing.....Just fry up a big kettle of taco meat and a pan of beans......then have chips and everything ready(then people can make their own tacos / nachos/ or even taco salads)

You could also toss in a few good frozen pizzas and a salad.

I second the cp. How about a nacho type meal? That way everyone can customize their own.

Home made pizzas.

Big pot of soup and crusty bread (I make several soups in the cp).
