We use it most as a gravy with meat in the crockpot.

We do the chicken and dressing casserole a lot. We also mix it with sour cream to make a gravy for pork chops.

I use it for gravy when cooking a roast the crockpot. I also use it as a base for beef stew in the crockpot. I always use the 98% fat free version, when I use cream soups. I use cream of chicken often as well.

I use it most when I cook a roast in the crockpot (boy, that sounds yummy!) I add a can to thicken it up a little.

I use it as a binder for just about any kind of casserole. I don't do roasts in the crock pot any more, but back when I did, I used it for that.
I also sometimes put a can of it in my spaghetti sauce.
