I cannot buy it, as it has gluten and wheat in it, so I get really MAD ( lol ) when a recipe calls for cream soups

BUT, I have found that with a stock cube, and some sour cream and milk I can make my own

I've substituted white sauce before. The recipe called for cream of mushroom, which I don't think, and I didn't think cream of chicken would work. It turned out great.

I have tried making my own before but with coupons it is just as cheap to buy it.

Store brand is $0.59 per can. I can't make it for that, and canned is so much easier anyway.
