I would like a recipe for Fried Chicken but one that you do in the oven and is nice crispy with a nice coating but not to much coating.

Anyone have one like this?

1/2 cup melted margarine/butter
1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 can (2.8 oz) french fried onions, crushed
4 b/s chicken breasts

Combine first 3. Dip chicken in this mixture and then in crushed onions. Place in a greased 11x7 dish. Drizzle with the remaining melted butter mixture. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
I got this in 2007 from Taste of Home.

I find that cornflake crumbs give a really crispy texture to oven fried chicken. I use the recipe on the cornflake crumb box. I think you marinate the chicken in buttermilk then dip the chicken pieces in cornflake crumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, a little flour and then drizzle with a little melted butter and bake at 375ish till done. Sorry I don't have amounts...I tried to find the actual recipe on line but no such luck. I'll keep looking and post it later if I find it. Truly I don't think amounts matter that much.
