Our DS#1 is going over to a friends for a few hours today.Before we leave to pick him up I will put a nice big beef roast I got yesterday on sale in the oven.I will toss in some potatoes,onions,carrots & garlic cloves.Yummy!If any left over I will make soup with it the next day.

we are having beef roast as well(never made it last week lol) mashed mixed veggies and some frosted brownies for later.

We are going to cook chicken on the George Foreman for supper and have baked potatoe's and veggie.

We are also going to have grilled chicken on the George Foreman grill...to go with it we will have macaroni and cheese and a veggie..
