Dh is out of town so I am just going to make cheese pizza, salad, and smoothies for the 3 of us. It is raining AGAIN here - we are going to float away - so we aren't doing much of anything today. I am pulling out all of the shorts and short sleeved shirts for my boys and rearranging their closets. I think it is officially warm enough to put that stuff front and center now. My 3 year old just saw me pull out a stack of hand me down swim suits for him and he got so excited he put one on and started pretending to swim on his rug. He can't wait for our neighborhood pool to open. He looks at it every day as we drive by and asks me at least once a week if the "blanket" is still on (that would be the big tarp that is covering it up).

Bbq chicken in the crock pot, roasted vegetables: sweet potatoes, purple potatoes, white potatoes, zucchini, green pepper, onion, garlic and I'll probably steam an artichoke.

Today ds and I are hanging around the house, getting ready for our trip tomorrow, the fun 8 hour drive . We're going to visit dh's family and ds has lots of cousins (he's the only grandchild in my family, so no cousins here), so it's always busy and crazy with kids. So, we're having a calm, quiet day before we go. Dh is going to take ds to his volleyball game this afternoon too, so I can have some alone time and it will be fun for ds.
