What will you be doing with yours? Do you have suggestions for others, and recipes to share?

We have done these things:
*Grind to make ham salad sandwiches
*Use in pasta toss w/peas and alfredo sauce
*Dice it and use in fried rice
*Use in Wild Rice Soup

I use it for sandwichs, or omlettes or just freeze it for another dinner later

I freeze some for later meals.
The rest goes for leftovers plain, sandwich, or added to scalloped potatos.

Schinken flecherl. It's a ham/egg/noodle casserole that my DH loves. I've posted the recipe here after every major holiday for several years now, so it's out there.

We actually don't have too much left, so we'll be using it for sandwiches and maybe one Scalloped Potato casserole.

This year we don't have any because I had to work 13 hours yesterday, so my family went to McDonalds.
Usually though I bag it up individually for other meals such as:
Ham, Potatoes, And Green Beans
Cheesy Potato and Ham Casserole
Fry it for Breakfast
Macaroni and Ham Casserole
I save the Ham bone to cook in a pot of dry beans.

I just used mine up in Scalloped potatoes today for supper, yum! ALso, i'd suggest using in omelets, salad, ham & bean soup. Then i'd freeze what's left for another time.
