What do you like to use dried minced onion in?

We like it in potato packets, some times a pasta or potato salad if made ahead of time. The boys like them on top of fried eggs while they are cooking also.

I keep a big jar of it on hand for times when I need onion and don't have any fresh ones on hand. I just soak it in water to rehydrate it.

You can use it in salad dressing too:

1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar (I sometimes use plain white vinegar if that’s all I have)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. parsley

This is delicious!

I use it in pretty much everything. The kids won't eat onions, but minced onion or onion powder is fine
