I'm in need of some recipes to use up some orange juice. DD has decided she hates it, and I'm really more of a water person these days. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Blend it w/ vanilla ice cream in the blender. I love that for a summer "creamsicle" drink.

2 tbsp. butter
2 lg. or 4 med. apples, peeled and cored
8 oz. can crescent rolls
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. orange juice

Melt butter, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut large apples into eighths or medium apples into quarters. Separate crescent rolls in half each lengthwise to make 16. Place an apple wedge at wide end of each piece of dough and roll up toward narrow end. Arrange on baking dish, turning each piece to coat with butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over rolls. Pour orange juice over rolls. Bake 10 minutes.

1 ham slice, cut 1 inch thick
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/8 tsp. ginger
1 c. orange juice
10 to 12 whole cloves

Heat oven to 325 degrees. In shallow baking dish, combine brown sugar, and ginger. Stir in orange juice. Add the ham slice, turning to coat both sides. Sprinkle with cloves. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes, basting ham occasionally with sauce. 4 to 5 servings.
