so what ya having and what ya doing today?

we are having grilled pizza and fruit salad.

plans i'm doing shopping for ds's b-day and dh is going to do something fun with the kids.

we are having a bean dish tonight for supper and a salad.

today...
laundry is done and hung up, litterboxes are done, did errands( dragged several kids doing so and no one complained!), vacuumed the house, dusted.

got to do yet...dishes from breakfast and lunch, make the bean dish up, cut branches off the elderly neighbours trees and bundle them up, go to the library, hit the park.

Breakfast: Cream of wheat, toast and milk
Lunch: Sandwiches and chips. Will go thru the fridge to see if there are any lo's to use up too.
Dinner: Frozen chicken strips, mac and cheese, peas

Plans: It is cold and rainy here so I will bake up some flag cookies (the Pillsbury ones with flags printed on them). I will do some more laundry and cleaning around the house. Not sure what to do with the kids since it is crappy outside.

Lunch: sandwiches
Supper: turkey breast, mashed potatoes/gravy, green beans, dinner rolls.


We are chillin for the most part today. Hubby made it in last night after 11 and we are just all spending time together. Did a couple loads of laundry, ran some errands and just whatever. Tonight is the local fireworks, so we will go there and hopefully get to enjoy a longer than 15 minute show.

For dinner we are having french dip sandwiches with dutch apple pie for dessert. This is dh's birthday meal. I'm making the pies this afternoon while he and the kids are at the pool.

I need to ask him whether he wants green beans or creamed spinach with the sandwiches.

We are going out for supper, tonight! A friend of mine has open a restaurant in town, and we are going to try it for supper.

Our office is not shutting down any for the 4Th, so I am working!

I'm cooking leftovers tonight and then brownies in the morning. We are getting together with family and then going to watch fireworks in downtown birmingham, alabama.

Having boneless porkchops, but not sure how I am going to cook them yet, and what to serve with them.


No plans for the day, we went to fireworks last Sat and on Canada day. There are some fireworks tonight about 30 minutes away, but we aren't going. My 13 year old is going with a friend and her family.

We are having leftovers/clean out the fridge tonight.

Plans: DH and I took Rebecca to the park and had a picnic and played on the playground. Came home and DH went to work, I changed sheets on all beds and put away 4 loads of laundry. I am washing the sheets now. I made a cookie bar to take to a family bbq tomorrow. Tonight I will do some general cleaning and watch Red, White, and Boom on tv with DD.
