A while back, I was able to find some reduced sirloin steak patties and there is enough to feed all of us, but...how or what is the best way to fix them? Any cheap and tasty ideas? I was hoping to make these sometimes next month...Thanks!

I can't tell you off the top of my head how long to cook them, but I do know that you should only flip them once, and don't flatten them while you are cooking them. It dries them out. I love to use Sea salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. I also fry up some onions while I am cooking them. Enjoy!

I was going to say cook them with onions too.

Another idea would be to brown the patties and make some gravy...maybe add some mushrooms.

Fried with mushrooms, onions, mashed potatoes and gravy is one way I serve them. Another way is layer the following 1) egg noodle 2) steak 3) a cream of whatever soup mixed with veggies of choice.

Lay them in a pan on a layer of onions. Top with more onions, drained can mushrooms, a can of cream of mushroom soup, salt & pepper. Cover with foil and cook on 350 for an hour and a half. Can top with cheese the last couple of minutes of cooking.

I don't know if you have a George Foreman grill but that is how I make mine..
I usually saute some mushrooms in olive oil and worschestchire sauce to serve with them along with some steamed asparagus. A-1 steak sauce is good on them too. Yum. That is what we actually had last night!
