That's when I make crab rangoon. If we're out for Chinese, then I like the duck sauce there.

God I LOVE egg rolls, spring rolls or any of the "rolls"...I usually use plum sauce but have been known on accassion to dip it in hot mustard or s&s sauce.

sweet and sour sauce

I'm gonna have to try that recipe. I make egg rolls a lot for events. Especially shrimp and would love to make my own sauce instead of buying duck sauce.

Soy sauce. Cant stand sweet and sour, gross! Dh and kids love sweet and sour.
