I am cooking a pork roast. We found some fresh veggies at the orchard this week so we are having fried okra, stewed potatoes, and green beans to go with it.

We went to early service at church this morning and the kids stayed for Sunday school. Other than that not much going on here. I need to do some laundry and straighten up the kids' rooms.

Breakfast: sprouted wheat bagels with cream cheese and scrambled eggs, applesauce
Dinner: roasted whole chicken stuffed with lemons, baked acorn squash, roasted sweet potatoes and chicken flavored rice. I don't normally make this many sides, but I know ds will eat the rice and not the squash, and there will be plenty for dh's lunches for a couple of days.

Dh is working this morning. I'm making some chicken stock for soup this week and need to make a batch of granola and maybe some chocolate chip cookies. We're going to the beach or park this afternoon and I'd like dh to get down my autumn decorations so I can start working on that. Hopefully a relaxing day with not too much going on

Breakfast: scrambled eggs with cheese, garlic potatoes and bacon
Lunch: Still stuffed from breakfast. Think I will just have the kids snack on fruit.
Dinner: Stuffed baked potatoes, salad and jello salad

Plans: Ran our one errand today. Just lounging around the house. Dh gets home tonight. It will be late so the kids wont get to see him. But at least he's home. WOO HOO!!

We are just chilaxin for the most part, but we need to finish up from yesterday. Hubby and the boys went hunting this morning and now hubby is snoring on the couch. I have to hold the fort down and make sure everyone gets their stuff done.

Supper is just burgers and fries with tomato and lettuce and onion.

I am making bacon chili cheese burgers,potato wedges,hudson salad(lettuce,turkey cubed,shredded cheddar cheese,cubed swiss cheese,juliened dill pickle)with homemade ranch.

I stayed up with company to late last night and do not feel to good. I took a tylenol hoping that will help. Our company stayed until almost 3 in the morning and I am SO tired right now.

I got a couple loads of laundry in.Made homemade vanilla ice cream, got a chocolate cake in the oven right now, defrosting hamburger. Not sure what else I will get done today.Probably not much!

Oh we are doing the big dinner for my brother Mike today. His birthday was Wednesday.
