Breakfast: (always served with fruit and/or yogurt with oj or milk)
Eggs and toast/bagels (scrambled, fried, poached, omelets)
Breakfast pizza
Breakfast hot pockets
HM Pancakes (plain, blueberry, applesauce, oatmeal)
Oatmeal (instant and CP Creme Brulee oatmeal-new recipe, yummy) and toast
Cream of wheat
Cold cereal-only on weekends
HM blueberry or banana muffins
HM waffles (plain or blueberry)
Weekend breakfasts: Eggs, garlic breakfast potatoes, breakfast meat
Lunches
Only ds3 eats lunch at home. If I or dh eat lunch, we will just eat lo's or a sandwich
Lunches for ds3 (fresh fruit or veggies served)
PB&J-eats them almost every day
HM lunchables

Mac and cheese
hot pockets-pizza or ham and cheese

I am really going to try to stay within the $350 budget this month! I am really trying to make simple meals using what I have on hand.
Dinners:
Stuffed Pepper Soup, biscuits
Breakfast night(will probably do this 2 times)
Corn dog muffins, kids baked beans(when it is just ds & I)
hamburgers, fries, baked beans
chicken and dumplings, peas & pear relish
homemade salisbury steaks, rice, peas and relish
fried catfish, cheese grits, hushpuppies
hamburger helper, garlic bread
Swiss cheese potato soup, biscuits or hoecake
Beenie Weenies, rice, sweet cornbread
*Wed nights we eat at church and this Sunday we have another family dinner to go to*
Lunches  usually just ds & me, dh takes leftovers most of the time)
PB&J
grilled cheese
fried bologna sandwiches or grilled ham& cheese
ramen noodles
mac & cheese(plain or with hot dogs)
**also have to get teddy grahams and juice for ds preschool this week, he is taking snack for the class one day**
Breakfasts:
oatmeal
eggs, sausage links, grits
cheese eggs and toast
Pancakes
Biscuits and sausage gravy
Eggs, bacon, biscuits
Waffles
french toast

I haven't posted my menu in awhile, and I really need to get back to doing it, it helps my budget (and my sanity!  ) so much!
Teriyaki orange chicken rice bowl (Kraft recipe) I will add some stirfry vegetables also.
Swiss steak with homemade mashed potatoes, corn
Salmon patties on a bun with potato wedges, and green beans
Homemade chicken potpie
Cubed ham added to macaroni and cheese, broccolii
Breakfast for dinner: Toasted bagels, turkey bacon, eggs, hashbrowns
Lasagna, rolls, tossed salad
Baked turkey breast with stuffing, gravy and vegetables
BBQ pork tenderloin with Lipton noodles, veggie
Pork stirfry (with leftovers) with asian vegetables over rice.
Spaghetti and meatballs with rolls
Broiled lemon pepper tilapia with rice, carrots
Kielbasa and pierogi skillet with green beans

Tuesday: chicken enchiladas, spanish rice
Wed: eat at church
Thurs: dh has class, will make salmon patties and Mac & cheese for ds & I
Fri-Sun: will be gone to in-laws. Deer season opens and dh is wanting to hunt over the weekend.
Next Week:
chicken planks, mashed potatoes, corn
BBQ meatballs, corn, potato cakes
Ham & Potato casserole, butter beans
spaghetti and meatballs
BBQ, pinto beans & ham, cornbread
Salisbury steaks and gravy, rice, sweet and sour green beans
