I hope I can stay in budget this month. We have a couple at church to cook for this week, she just had a baby. Of course dh wants to make his famous chicken enchiladas(out of Southern Living Mag) with mexican rice and fried ice cream for dessert. It is a little costly to make, plus we still have our groceries to get for the next 2 weeks, so we will see how it turns out!
