What is everyone cooking up today?? Got any plans or errands to get done??

Breakfast: Oatmeal, toast and apple juice
Lunch: PB&J sandwich, cheetos and fruit cup
Dinner: CP whole chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, carrots and homemade bread.

Today the weather is suppose to get cold and yucky so that's why the big comfort meal for dinner. I am going to boil up the carcass for soup stock to freezer for later. Everyone went to school today so I am headed back to work. I have a few more blankets to wash up when I get home. If dh doesnt work tonight than we are going to carve up pumpkins.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day!!

My oldest has been home sick so I have barely left the house since Saturday. He went back to school today and I went straight to the grocery store. We had been eating out of the freezer for the last couple of days and it was getting pretty pitiful! So we are having a great dinner tonight. Grilled chicken and grilled red and yellow peppers, homemade fresh salsa and baked tortilla chips, pineapple, and pumpkin bread for dessert. I have been craving fresh food all week!

Crock pot Teriyaki Chicken with brown rice and a green salad. I went with something easy because yesterday, I was in "kitchen mode" and made Hot Cocoa Mix, Taco Seasoning, Black Bean Soup, and Taco Soup.

I am thinking cold tuna noodle salad for supper. The kids love it and I dont really wanna cook lol.

The only plans I made for today was opening up my last 25lb pumpkin. I cleaned it out, cut it up and cooked it. I also cleaned all of the pumpkin seeds to all 3 pumpkins and they are now soaking in salt water for meto bake in a couple days.

Breakfast: baked oatmeal with milk
Lunch: lo potato & hamburger stroganoff
Dinner: We are taking ds to the trunk-or-treat at our church tonight, so we will be picking up a hot dog dinner there. I will probably have to make dh a sandwich when we get back.

Today I had to pick up a few groceries, return library books, pay a couple bills, and be at home when Lowe's delivered our new freezer. I also had to iron dh work clothes for tomorrow. We are heading to church tonight to do the candy thing for ds. I am ready to sleep!
