What is cooking today??

Breakfast: Hot pockets, bananas and oj
Lunch: PB&J sandwich for sure for ds3. I will eat lunch today for sure since I have to work tonight.
Dinner: Tuna casserole, salad

Today: I have a load of laundry to put away. Plus match up a basketful of socks. I work today from 4-9:30 so I will make the casserole before I leave for dh to toss in the oven. It is cold and snowy here so a casserole is a good idea.

We are going to have a bbq pork roast, roasted sweet potatoes, and something else that I haven't decided on yet.

I am home with my 4 year old today. I kept him home from school because he is getting a cold and I want him to rest up today so that hopefully he will be able to go to school tomorrow for his Halloween parade and party, and of course feel good for trick or treating on Saturday. My other ds was home for the first 2 days of the week. Thank goodness I did my grocery shopping yesterday. I didn't realize that I was going to be homebound with sickies all week! I'm making the most of it though and doing some cleaning and getting all the laundry done and put away.

We're having chicken on the grill, pierogies & corn.

THis evening we're carving pumpkins, DH is finishing up costume for dd2 & then I'll be frosting cutouts I made this past Sunday. I think that's enough for us!

i walked errands today and at 3pm i have to go over to dd's school to help her class decorate the haunted house in the gym.
