Many of you know I have celiac disease, and I have been substatuting Pamela Baking mix ( gluten free, you can get it on Amazon or at a Health food store ) in most of my regular baking recipes!
And it has been wonderful... so great that the kiddos and dh don't even notice til they see me eating it!
