Such as cream of chicken and cream of mushroom? I seen they were .50 but I didn't buy them I was a little leary about the taste. If their any good I could save alot there since walmart wants 1.00 a can for theirs. Thanks!

I've used them in recipes & didn't notice any difference. Those sort of soups are, to me, simply an ingredient & not something you eat as soup.

I use them all the time. My youngest enjoys the cream of mushroom soup...but then again,I have never given them a different brand to eat.

When I used cream of soups, I purchased from Aldi's and we had no noticable differences.

However I save a TON as I use this instead of ANY cream of soups...

•2 cups dry milk
•3/4 cup cornstarch
•1/4 cup chicken bouillon granules
•2 tablespoons dried onion flakes, optional
•1 teaspoon dried leaf thyme
•1/2 teaspoon dried leaf basil, optional
•1/2 teaspoon dried leaf oregano, optional
•1/2 teaspoon ground marjoram, optional
•1/2 teaspoon pepper
•2 to 3 teaspoons butter

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except butter together and store in airtight container. To use, mix 1/2 cup dry soup mix with 1 1/4 cups water and cook until thick; add butter. This is equal to one can cream soup. The mix makes enough to equal 9 to 10 cans. For cream of mushroom or celery soup, add chopped sauteι mushrooms or celery along with the butter while cooking.

I save everything that is dry and place it into a clean peanut butter container. Label it with all the ingred. the directions and such.

When I went to the grand opening of the Aldis here last year, the representative told me that all of Aldi's soups were made by the Campbell's company.

Most of Aldi's food is amazing. I have only tried a few things that I did not like. I can't shop ther to much though my brand snub with texture issues always knows when I try something new...even when he has never seen the box or can.
