Actually I like Pumpkin it is sweet potato I hate. Do you make it from scratch? I like my own homemade over a store bought one any day. I use 5 egg whites whipped into a Meringue, blend the other ingredients in a separate bowl and then gently fold into the egg mixture. It bakes up really light and fluffy. Just have to use a deep dish pan, I usually use a spring form for this. Otherwise follow your favorite recipe. I also like to add extra cinnamon, but you should flavor to your own taste.

I don't like it either. I don't like anything pumpkin or coconut, yuck!

My DH dislikes it!

Dh loves, pumpkin pie, and I do make it for him.

I don't make pumpkn pie from scratch - cooking down pumpkin is more trouble than it's worth for me.
I do make sweet potato pie from scratch. I add chopped Granny Smith apples and raisins to the filling.
