What do you do with the pickle juice that is left when you eat all of the pickles? Do you dump it or use it for something else? I always feel like I'm wasting when I dump it, but I have no idea what else I could use it for!

I usually dump it, but I just read something I'm going to try. I read that you can slice up cucumbers and put them in the juice. It sounds yummy. I suppose you could do it with any fresh veggie, like that mix they have at the store w/ califlower, sliced carrots, peperoncini & olives.

If it is dill pickle juice could you use it as a marinate for fish? Fish and dill is yummy.

Add in carrots cut up or cucumber slice cut into rounds and refrigerate and let sit for 2 day and munch on them or have them for sides with dinner.My kids like them alot.

I drink it.. both Logan and i like to drink it... yeah I know its not good for us, but its not as if i chug it down in one fawl swoop... i savor it like fine wine....
