I think that I am going to pick up some steaks for dinner. We haven't had them in a while and dh has been gone all weekend. Probably with some fried potatoes and grilled veggies!

Broccoli, garlic alfredo over tortillini. I'll probably have some regular sauce ready, because I know my little one is going to curl his nose up at the alfedo sauce. I was thinking of making some tomato/black olive/garlic topping for brushetta to go with it and maybe a big salad.

We are having steaks and mashed potatoes with corn. DD is making a cake, so we will have that for dessert.

Today would of been my fil 80th birthday so dhs mom is taking out the whole family to eat at one of his old favorite restraraunts. Sometimes I find it strange that we do this but have been for 4 yrs now. Its dhs sisters that insist.

I am eating at 3Lynn's house LOL

Actually I think I am going to make an enchilada casserole that I got the recipe for in my new NASCAR cookbook.
