I will be going out to eat with my MIL for lunch. We are going shopping at the health food store and Sam's.I also need to pick up the kids easter stuff so that is done before they get out of school.

Depending on how full I am it will be either left over vegetable soup I made in the crockpot yesterday or baked fish and brussel sprouts.

goodness woman you were up early!!!You started this thread before 5 a.m.!!!

It's 7:35 for me and I haven't even done breakfast yet...but let me think...husband left on truck today...dd and I are gonna have movie night(Cars)...so I'll let her pick...therefore I can probably safely guess mac n cheese ,green beans, and fish filets. Thats a meal that sums up 5 year old comfort food!!!

Guess What ??? I am trying to clean out the pantry and I found some wonderful seasoning that I forgot I had!!! So we grilled boneless chicken breast with red pepper and garlic seasoning, steamed broccoli, scalloped potatos (found that box in the pantry also!) and some garlic cheese toast!!! Mommy2Mercedes was right, my DH said this was fantastic - one of the best meals I have fixed in a while!!!! Cleaning out the pantry might just be a good thing for us, better meals PLUS saving that money!!!!
