I got to thinking about BBQ hamburgers- with the summertime food poll.
What do you put in your hamburger meat?
I put:
meat
egg
breadcrumbs
some spice (whatever I grab from the cabinet)

I'd love to find a good hamburger recipe. I don't like mine. I was buying the frozen ones, which aren't that good either.

I sat here staring at this thread thinking..."should I even get started?"

I make a Bleu cheese burger for my Dad(with bleu cheese and fresh chives and stuff)

I make bacon wrapped burgers stuffed with cheddar for the kids

Asian burgers for my Mom and Grandma

some I mix with sausage and chili sauce

onion and dry ranch dressing mix,and egg

teriyaki,parm cheese,basil,s&p,chopped onion.

worcestershire,garlic,and onions

lipton soup mix and A1 sauce

.................................................. ...I'll force myself too stop

Ok I'll take these 3 recipes. I don't wing it or throw a little of this and a little of that in my recipes. I am not a confident cook. So how much of what would you put in?

listed 2 recipes under main cat...

and for the worcestershire ones...

I would guess about

2lbs beef
3 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/4 small onion finely diced
salt and pepper

I have a ton of burger recipes to list....so be on the lookout next week or so!!!

I like to experiment too. Our current new favorite is cheddar and horseradish.
