With all the planning of Easter, for me anyway, comes the planning of all the ham leftovers.

What do you do with it????

I make 4 Cheese and Garlic Scalloped Potatoes and Ham.
Soup Beans and Cornbread
Sandwiches,naturally.
and freeze some for Potao Soup later.

Add it to mac n cheese, omelets, casseroles, soups, salads, etc. I always buy large hams and freeze it in slices, chunks, diced, etc. I always have ham in the freezer, it seems.

-Sandwiches of course, including hot ham and cheese
-fry up for breakfast with scrambled eggs
- crockpot ham and scalloped potatoes
-fried rice with ham
-I usually freeze some slices for later and I always use the bone to cook with a big ol pot of beans

Ham salad.

Chop up in food processor with a couple pickle slices and a little pickle juice. Add a little mayo. And you have a yummy sandwich!

I would like that recipe too please.

I do alot of things people already mentioned. One I like to do is take ham slices and bake it wtih some onion and cover it in BBQ sauce and bake it until the onions are soft. Then have it on some hamburger buns.

I really love that alot!
