Default Leftover Pork Chop ideas?

We do a hash with left over tri tip, but not sure what, if anything to do with pork chops? Any ideas out there?

dice it up and add it to fried rice(pork fried rice... yum)

you can also shred it up and add to a jar of gravy for an open faced sandwich.

My husband also heats them up with BBQ sauce(but he also does this with most everything )
