Made fajitas last night w/ Mccormick seas. packet and I was thinking I probably have all the spices for this in my own cupboard. Anyone know some good recipes for seas. mixes or website?

I keep taco seasoning mix on hand because I make a soup with it. The recipe is pretty basic: chicken broth, taco seasoning, diced cubed chicken is optional. It tastes just as good as a vegetarian option. Add corn off the cob (canned or frozen), a variety of beans (canned kidney beans, white beans, etc) and if you desire diced peppers. I've never made it with beef or pork but I suppose you could. It is fast and yummy.
