A local restaurant makes a salsa that is essentially just diced tomates, onions and some other stuff but I am not sure what. It is not pureed, but just a really chunky salsa. Does anyone have a recipe that is made something like this? TIA

ok...found and bumped it under appetizers...this is a very fresh tasting salsa...if you like it hot...add more jalapeno.

and it is best to let it sit a while...it has to migle to let the heat set in...so don't taste and keep adding heat or it could end up nuclear

just pulse this also to your desired consistency...you can keep it pretty chunky.
